What we collect
Account data such as your name and email; signer data such as names, emails, or phone numbers; uploaded documents; OTP verification data; IP addresses; and the activity log required as signing evidence.
How we use it
To provide the signing service, verify signer identity, produce the completed signed PDF, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with applicable law.
Storage and security
Documents are kept in private, encrypted storage. Access happens through time-limited links and is restricted to you and the people you invite to sign each document.
Your rights (PDPA)
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on your personal data by emailing support@jabmue.com.
