Is an electronic signature legal in Thailand?

Does my client need an account or an app?

No. Your client gets a secure link by email or SMS, opens it in any phone browser, verifies with a one-time code, and signs. No account, no app, and no Digital ID to set up.

Do my clients need Digital ID or in-person KYC?

No. Unlike apps built around Thailand's national Digital ID, Jabmue only needs your client's phone for a one-time code. It works from any browser, in Thai or English.

How many people can sign one document?

Free is for a single signer. Solo allows up to 3 signers per document and Pro up to 8. You, the sender, are the document's creator and are never counted as a signer.

What if my client never signs?

If nobody signs before the document expires, your credit is automatically refunded — you're not charged for a deal that didn't happen.

How do I pay?

Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe — you can switch, pause or cancel yourself at any time from the billing page. Out of credits before your cycle resets? Buy a one-time top-up; those credits never expire.

Do my credits roll over?

No. Each plan gives a fixed number of documents per month, and the count resets at the start of each cycle. Unused documents don't carry over.

Is my data safe? Where are documents stored?

Documents live in private, encrypted storage and are accessed only through time-limited links. Only you and the people you invite to sign can reach them, and we handle personal data under Thailand's PDPA.
